Fantasy owners of Washington Redskins RB Rob Kelley (rib) and TE Jordan Reed (rib/sternum) can't catch a break this week, as both are questionable to play this week in a big Sunday night home game against the Oakland Raiders. Reed is a game-time decision, while Kelley could be as well. Fantasy owners of both Reed and TE Vernon Davis can play the "toggle" game and sub in Davis if Reed is a late scratch on Sunday night, but unless you also own rookie...
