NFL.com reports veteran free-agent and former Patriots WR Stefon Diggs has signed with the Washington Commanders. He gets a one-year deal worth up to $12 million.

This move is not that surprising, since the Commanders have been looking to add a veteran WR to their corps for a while now. This move solidifies QB Jayden Daniels as a top 5 QB for fantasy. It helps take pressure off WR Terry McLauren, who remains the top target in this passing game. After all, coaches have said they want to get McLaurin at least 10 targets each game. His projections remain unchanged. Diggs slots in as the new WR2 for the Commanders, pushing rookie WR Antonio Williams down the rankings significantly.
