2026 May IDP Rookie Rankings & Sleepers (Preview)

Now that the 2026 NFL draft is in the books, it’s time to look at some rookie IDP players who could help you out this season. Here’s my initial list of players for you to target in 2026. I did want to clarify that when I do multi-positional rankings, I like to view it from the perspective of an IDP-only league that has separate starting requirements for DT and CB, which makes these positions more relevant.
1. ILB - Sonny Styles, Washington - This is a perfect landing spot for Styles, as Bobby Wagner is not coming back for 2026 and Styles will step right into the starting job. Styles has tremendous size for the position, and his athletic ability is off the charts. Plus, Washington is switching back to a 3-4 this season, so Styles will have a fellow ILB to help him...
