NFL.com reports the Miami Dolphins have agreed to trade CB Jalen Ramsey, TE Jonnu Smith and a 2027 7th-round draft pick to Pittsburgh in exchange for S Minkah Fitzpatrick and a 2027 5th-round draft pick. Smith gets one-year contract extension for $12 million.

As a dynasty owner of TE Jonnu Smith, I was hoping against hope that this trade would not happen, but here we are. Let's start first with Smith himself. While the Steelers view Smith as a TE, a slot WR, and a fullback, it doesn't mean he will hold as much value as he would have if he had remained a Dolphin.
