Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagoaviloa has cleared concussion protocol. He said he's feeling "very optimistic" that both WR Tyreek Hill (foot) and WR Jaylen Waddle (quad) will play Sunday. The Dolphins were able to initiate some contact with Tagovailoa in practice this week and then after clearing all of his tests, he cleared protocol. He will start Sunday. As for the key wideouts, WR Jaylen Waddle (quad) will play, since he was removed from the injury report. However, WR Tyreek Hill (foot) did not practice on Friday and is officially questionable to play on Sunday. Fortunately, the Dolphnis play in an early game on Sunday, so we will know before he games begin whether Hill plays or sits. There...
