Every year the NFL combine alters our perception of how we evaluate the incoming talent. Sometimes the changes are warranted, and other times our initial instincts were probably right the first time. For example, WR Jordan Addison did not have a great combine last year, but clearly his value should not have taken a hit. This year will likely be no different, so let's take a look at the Winners (Risers) and Losers (Fallers) from the 2024 NFL Combine...
