Fantasy Index Ask the Experts - What is your top 12 fantasy player rankings for 2023? With free agency approaching, things could change a lot by the time I release my first comprehensive rankings later this spring. Below, I’m offering you my top 12 in both PPR and Non-PPR leagues for 2023 as of late-February. Enjoy!

 

Top 12 for PPR (Points-Per-Reception) Leagues:

 

  1. RB Christian McCaffrey, SF - Did you know that after the trade to the 49ers, CMC produced just two PPR points less than leader RB Austin Ekeler? Yup. His production actually increased from his game play in Carolina as a Panther. There is always the issue of health, but in a run-based offense, CMC should dominate once again in 2023 as the top overall back in PPR formats if healthy.
