It's week #4, and most fantasy owners should have a good grasp on whether they have a big winner on their hands, or if they need to make major changes in their roster to remain competitive. To that end, I will focus on specific player situation and scenarios this week to help owners struggling get a boost for their fantasy playoff hopes. Of course, there are always good free agents and player trades to consider during this first month of the season, and I most definitely will not ignore...
