ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the NFL has suspended Arizona Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins six games for violating the NFL’s Performance Enhancing Drug policy, league sources said. Hopkins withdrew his appeal, a source said.

This development hurts the fantasy value of QB Kyler Murray, even though he still remains a top 10 fantasy QB, but he will be hard pressed to finish in the top 5. As for the wideout corps, with WR DeAndre Hopkins out for the first six games, WR A.J. Green, WR Rondale Moore, and new Cardinals WR Marquise Brown should all see increased chances to produce.
