Washington Commanders February Scouting Report

Where did this team come from in 2024! Lightning in a bottle with QB Jaylen Daniels and the rest of the offense. Until they ran into a juggernaut Eagles team in the playoffs, this team could have easily made the Super Bowl. Given that amazing run and an even more amazing record, one might think this team cannot improve but of course they can and they will want to see if they can win the NFC East and get to the championship game and beyond.

Round 7 - #238 and #249
Commander Needs: CB, CB, OL, S, LB, DL, Edge - scatter in a depth running back and maybe a young tight end and there you have it. This draft is great for the trenches on offense and defense and bringing youth to the linebacker side and more skill in the defensive backfield.
Some potential draft picks could be:
DE Mike Green Marshall - ridiculous talent!
OL Josh Conerly Oregon - protect the QB youngster
LB Jihaad Campbell - Alabama - youth youth youth!
T Grey Zabel NDSU - keep QB Jayden Daniels alive!
TE Colston Loveland - Michigan - Could be a Jason Witten clone!
WR Tre Harris - Ole Miss - QB Jayden Daniels gets another weapon!
The Commanders are going to be a team to watch and I believe their record outplayed their talent so they need to work hard and up their talent level to challenge the Eagles, Detroit, and others that will get better.
