The Texans played the Giants last week. The best player on the field was WR Malik Nabers. He looked like a man among boys. No matter what you do, be sure he is on your fantasy team this year.

QB C. J. Stroud looked impressive against the Giants. Quick as a cat. Smooth. He will have a momentous year. Same for RB Cam Akers. Demonstrated that he has fully recovered. He will not start, but he will play well.

Second year WR Xavier Hutchinson and John Metchie III should make the team. Either could be contributors later in the season. Metchie especially was impressive last week. We all know who the top three WRs are and will receive most of the receptions early on.

OLT Laremy Tunsil is playing. OLG Kenyon Green has reclaimed LG. The Texans will open the season with a solid OL. Still lack a punchers mentality, but at least they are all there this year.

This year's D could be Top Ten. The DTs still have not shown they can stop the run. The LBs are not set yet. The DBs are set. If I were an OC, I would attack the middle of the Texans D until they proved they can stop the run and the dump-offs. If the D can, they can be Top Ten.

Everyone drafting a fantasy team knows who the top Texan scorers are. Consider picking up Akers, Hutchinson, Metchie and the Texans D in the later rounds.
