Bills QB Josh Allen (hand) was QB1 for the week despite the lack of a clear WR1 in the new passing game. The Dolphins defense isn't a great unit overall, so you start Allen as the top QB play of the week! RB James Cook is a high-end RB2 against Dolphins, as he should catch plenty of passes in this game. Rookie RB Ray Davis didn't do much last week, so you sit him for now. WR Keon Coleman appears to have a solid connection after week #1, making him a nice WR4/flex play for fantasy. The same goes for WR Khalil Shakir. WR Mack Hollins is a riskier option, but has a bit of fantasy value for owners in very large leagues.
