A few key injury updates to report…
San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles) has returned from getting treatment on his Achilles tendonitis in Germany. HC Kyle Shanahan today said that with McCaffrey "we’d like to start hitting his rehab here harder on Monday."
Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco’s MRI revealed ligament damage in his ankle. An X-ray immediately following the game showed the break, and an MRI Monday revealed some ankle ligament damage, and doctors put in a plate and seven screws to stabilize the bone in his lower shin and the goal is to return in six-to-eight weeks.
